Based on the chassis of the Trepida grav tank, the Astrin grav APC was meant as an operational companion to the Trepida.  The Astrin can carry ten combat equipped troops wearing battle dress into battle.  With a top speed of 1000 kph and orbital capability, the Astrin can deliver the troops anywhere on a planet in a matter of hours.
